Florida Man
Pacific Frontier has been working in collaboration with AMM Productions in producing show creator and director, Aidan M. Murphy’s unique limited series Florida Man, to air on MNN Cable TV early 2025. Inspired by the real hillbilly headlines, this mockumentary limited series follows one hard rock redneck, the quintessential ‘florida man’ who attempts to steal $1.5 million worth of Snoop Dogg bobbleheads from a local Walmart quickly cumulating into a human trafficking conspiracy.
Pacific Frontier has been deeply involved with Florida Man from its very inception, playing a crucial role in bringing the vision to life. Our team has been with the project every step of the way—from transforming the original script into a fully realized storyboard, to overseeing casting and location scouting. We’ve also been responsible for assembling the talented crew, managing everything from lighting and sound to photography and craft services. With our extensive production experience, Pacific Frontier has ensured that every element of the series is executed to the highest standard, helping to shape Florida Man into the bold, irreverent mockumentary it is today.
Creating the Florida Man movie poster was a collaborative and creative journey that truly encapsulates the essence of the series. Pacific Frontier worked closely with director Aidan M. Murphy and director of photography [DP’s Name] to develop a visual concept that would reflect the irreverent, darkly comedic tone of the show. We explored multiple design ideas, experimenting with different approaches to capture the series’ unique blend of absurdity and suspense. After many iterations, we decided on a 1970s illustrative style—a nod to vintage pulp posters and comic book art—that perfectly matched the gritty, satirical spirit of Florida Man. This bold, eye-catching design combines retro flair with a modern edge, bringing to life the show's wild, unpredictable energy while paying homage to its unconventional storytelling. Every detail, from the typography to the color palette, was carefully chosen to evoke the show’s unique atmosphere, ensuring the poster stands as an iconic representation of what audiences can expect from this one-of-a-kind series.
